How To Register: A minimum of $50 in pledges is required for Pre-Registration. Day of event entry is $55 in pledges. Each walker will receive a free T-shirt, doggie bandana, and a fabulous doggie bag full of goodies! (1 per entry please) To register, simply fill out this form, and begin collecting pledges by making your own web-page through www.firstgiving.com! Pledge Prizes: $100 in pledges - Cancer Support Community Cap $250 in pledges - Fido & Friends Embroidered Sweatshirt $500 in pledges - Fido & Friends Sweatshirt & an entry in the Grand Prize drawing. Rules: • All dogs must be wearing their current animal registration tags. • Dogs must be kept on leash (no longer than 6 feet) at all times. • Female dogs in heat will not be allowed to participate. • Individuals may walk up to two dogs provided each dog is entered and leashed. • It is recommended that puppies under 6 months old don’t walk. Two legged walkers are asked to please clean up after their dog! • Dogs whose behavior is unruly or might prove hazardous to other participants, dogs, or spectators, may be requested to leave. • All participants must sign injury/illness waiver below.
